#1 On-Campus Housing

Shoreline's newest and most convenient housing option is now available to Shoreline students who are at least 17 years old! Located in the heart of the College's 83 acres, the new building features 68 units that house over 200 beds with shared living rooms and kitchens. Furnishings, utilities, and 24/7 security and staff are all included in the monthly rent! This is the closest living option possible and allows students to get to any class by walking 10 minutes or less.

#2 Homestay

Malaysian students at Shoreline have the great opportunity to live in a homestay. This allows students to live in a private bedroom with a meal plan in the home of a local, American family. This is a great way for students to improve your English language skills and learn more about the Seattle community.

#1 Student Clubs & Organisations

Shoreline offers over 50 student clubs and organisations including the award winning DECA business club, International Club, Anime Club, Vocal Association Club and many more. We encourage all students to get involved.

#2 On-Campus Employment

Students can work on campus at Shoreline Community College if they maintain F-1 status. Job opportunities include tutoring, residential life, food service, student leadership, among others. Over 150 international students find on-campus jobs each year.

#3 Athletics

The Shoreline Athletic Department is a proud member of the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC). Students interested in playing on one of their teams are welcome to submit your athletic videos to their coaches prior to arriving in the US or you can try-out after you arrive to campus.
